Xarelto 10mg tablets are used to:

Prevent blood clots in the veins after hip or knee replacement surgery.
Treat blood clots in the veins of the legs (deep vein thrombosis) or the lungs (pulmonary embolism).
Prevent blood clots from re-occurring after they have been treated.
Reduce the risk of stroke in people with atrial fibrillation.

The recommended dose of Xarelto 10mg tablets is one tablet taken once a day. It can be taken with or without food.
