- Delivery timelines apply to orders placed before 2:00 PM (WAT) on a business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM will have +1 additional business day added to the estimated delivery time.
Exception – Medec Xpress (Delta, Edo & Onitsha):
Only Medec Xpress orders placed after 3:00 PM in these locations will have the extra day added.

🗓️ Business Days
- Delivery timelines are calculated in business days: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends).
- However, for Medec Xpress and Standard Shipping to Delta, Edo, and Onitsha, deliveries may occur on Saturdays.
Delivery Methods
🚚 Door Delivery
- Starts from the date the order is placed.
- Our agent will attempt delivery twice within 5 days (between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM).
- If both attempts fail, the order will be cancelled automatically.
🏤 Pickup Station
- Starts from the date the order is placed.
- You’ll receive an SMS notification once the item is ready for pickup.
- Important: 9mobile users may not receive SMS. Check your order status online or through chat.
- Please collect your item within 5 days to avoid cancellation.
