Christmas Delivery Dates
- For Delta, Edo, Bayelsa and, Anambra Next Day Delivery orders by 1 pm on 20th December
Delta Standard Delivery
- ₦2500 for Standard service, delivered within 1 working day from dispatch of order
- Free standard delivery for orders over ₦150,000
- Delivered Mon-Fri (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

Edo, Anambra, and Bayelsa Next Working Day Delivery
- ₦2500 for Edo, Anambra, and Bayelsa Next Working Day Delivery
- Mon-Thur orders placed before 3 pm will be delivered the next working day
- Friday orders placed before 2 pm will be delivered on Monday
- Weekend orders will be delivered on Monday
- Delivered Mon-Fri (excluding weekend’s and bank holidays)
- Once approved P-line items will be delivered the next working day

Delta Express Delivery
- Free Express Delivery when you spend ₦100,000
- Mon-wed orders placed before 2 pm will be delivered in 1 working days
- Thursday orders placed before 2 pm will be delivered on Friday
- Friday orders placed before 2 pm will be delivered on Monday
- Weekend orders will be delivered on Monday except you paid for Weekend Delivery charges
- Delivered Mon-Fri (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
- Once approved P-line items will be delivered the next working day

Delivery Terms & Conditions
- All deliveries are subject to MedeCify successfully receiving payment
- Delivery options exclude bank holidays and other public holidays
- We will endeavor to deliver your order in accordance with the delivery option you selected, however, delivery timescales are indicative only
- Orders may be delivered in one or more packages
- We are unable to deliver to addresses
- We strive to ensure our delivery targets are met but sadly when they’re not we’re unable to accept liability for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred for failed or delayed orders. You’re still entitled to your full statutory rights
- Depending on the location, contents, and weight of your order, we may use a combination of couriers to deliver your order safely, e.g. it’s required that aerosols are delivered via a road-based courier. This is a requirement of the January 2013 Dangerous Goods Act, introduced by the Civil Aviation Authority. You will not be charged additional delivery fees if this occurs
- We will deliver your order in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more packages
- We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated dispatch timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We are under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products within estimated timescales caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, all orders will be fulfilled within a maximum of 30 days or a full refund will be issued

Pharmacy (P-line) Orders
- All P-line items require our Pharmacy team’s approval before we can deliver them to you
- When ordering, if you completed a health questionnaire, your order contained a P-line item
- Our Pharmacy team may need to ask you additional questions, recommend an alternative treatment, or cancel your request on medical grounds
- Depending on the outcome of approval, dispensing your order may be delayed, however, you will be kept informed throughout this process
Tracking the Status of your Order
If you created an account when you checked out, you can check the status of your order by logging in to your MedeCify account
Once logged in, you can click ‘View my Orders’. Your order will be given one of the following notes:
- Order received: Confirming that your order has been successfully received by MedeCify and will shortly be ready for processing
- Order suspended: Your order is still being processed but our team will need to review it before we can confirm dispatch
- Order being processed: Your order is now being processed and will be dispatched shortly
- Order cancelled: Sadly we cannot progress your order due to an outstanding issue. You will be sent an email notification regarding the cancellation, advising on the next steps. You can speak to our Customer Care team at +234 916 024 6506 or by sending a note to our contact page
- Order dispatched / Track Parcel: Your order has now been dispatched and is on its way to you
- Order part-dispatched: to avoid having to wait longer we have part-dispatched your order and will email you with the expected dispatch date for the remaining items. Please note, we will only part-dispatch when both parts of the order total ₦25,000 or more
Premier Delivery Pass
Terms & conditions
Premier Delivery Pass is a membership service available to Delta addresses only. It gives subscribers unlimited standard delivery options on all orders over ₦10,000 for a whole year.
- You must be logged in to your account to use it.
- Premier Delivery Pass is valid for 12 months from the day you sign up (or, if renewing, from the day your subscription renewal begins).
- The minimum order value is ₦5,000 per order. You will still be able to place orders for less than ₦1,500. but will be charged the standard delivery charge of min of ₦5,000.
- Your use of Premier Delivery Pass is subject to these terms and conditions.
- Your subscription is locked to the Delta,Edo,Anambra And Bayelsa. You can’t use Premier Delivery Pass in another state with this subscription.
- Premier Delivery Pass operates a fair usage policy. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership of the Premier Delivery Pass service if we consider that your use is not reasonable. Premier Delivery Pass may be used only in association with the registered MedeCify account and by the registered account holder only. It may not be used by other users. It may be used to deliver to an address other than your delivery address (such as a holiday home). Premier Delivery Pass may only be used for domestic use for the purposes of purchasing products for your immediate household. We reserve the right to ask for proof that you are associated with all delivery addresses. Order as many times as you like, avoid making excessive use of, or placing unusual burdens on, the service (e.g., ordering and/or returning items beyond what would reasonably be expected of someone using the service for personal use). Premier Delivery pass may not be used if you intend to use the items delivered for resale or onward delivery by a 3rd party.
- A member is in breach of fair usage policy
- A member is in breach of any term or condition
- A Delivery Pass member has engaged in activity that we suspect involves fraud or the misuse of Delivery Pass membership
- We are unable to guarantee delivery fulfillment time due to the disruption
