Not really sure what to write here. I bought it for the wife and I so it may help with our Zinc therapy during the Corona Virus time. We didnt get the virus (not that we know off) but we never got the flu or other issues. I am a diabetic and so I do get skin infections once for twice a year and it didnt help prevent those. But in fairness this is not a diabetic supplement either. All around I would recommend it.

I have been taking this daily for around 5 months now, after a stint in hospital and feeling very fed up with being under the weather with coughs, colds and bugs. In the five months to date I have had one cough, but that is it, and I have avoided all of the nasty winter cold bugs that have been going around (I work as a teacher, so have historically always struggled to keep the germs at bay). I will continue taking, as I have had far less colds/bugs since taking than in previous winters.

Starting in September 2015, I caught a cold every month. Now, this wasn't just a little sniffle every month - it was a full on 'week in bed feeling terrible' type of cold. Even throughout the Spring and Summer months, it was inevitable I'd catch a cold and be knocked out for a week. Luckily, I'm a student so a week off wasn't entirely detrimental but it was wearing down on my life. It wasn't so much a matter of 'if' I was going to get ill, but when. This continued through 2016, and while I tried other supplements such as Zinc, none managed to do the trick. Echinacea helped with the symptoms of the cold, but it didn't stop it. After having over a year of this, I decided to buy these in January 2017 after reading the glowing reviews.
Six months after and I've only had one cold back in February - I've been cold free for five months! The relief of not having to stockpile flu and cold tablets and tissues every month more than makes up for the price of buying these every month or so. I've dropped down to taking a tablet every day or so and it's still doing the trick. Obviously, I imagine I will catch a cold in the Winter months - I don't think these tablets can create absolute miracles - but to no longer be a germ infested being every month is more than a delight. It’s given my immune system the boost it needed!

Ok, so I'm a type 1 diabetic, and have been for 35 years, which gives me a.... less than satisfactory immune system. I could hear someone talk about having a cold, and I'd get flu! It was so bad, in fact, that my employers said I'd face disciplinary action if I didn't reduce my number of sick days.
So in desperation, I looked for was to improve my immune system, and gave Immunace extra a go, starting around 6 months ago.
It took around 2 weeks for me to feel the effects, but I'm going to state this without exaggeration: These one a day suplements have given me the immune system my illness robbed me of.
Here in the frozen north, you get two types of weather: Cold, which allows you to wear a t-shirt and a sour grimace; or Frigid, where your face can't move and you pee icicles. Illness is easy to attract in these conditions, especially in an air conditioned office.
Have I had to have any time off work? Not so much as a half day. Yes, I've had the odd sniffle, but it's never become a mucosal torrent. I've had sneezes, but they've never evolved into lung ripping infections. And yes, I've felt grotty. but it's never floored me by turning into something which can beat my body. Not now I regularly take these anyway!
I can't attribute all this to Vitabiotics Immunace Extra Protection Tablets, because I did make lifestyle changes too: But on the odd occasion I've run short between subscrine and save deliveries, I haven't felt as robust.
It's easy to feel ripped off by suplements which promise to make you almost superhuman, but don't deliver: This is not one of those products.
