I use it daily but experienced some sensitivity when I first started using the product. I had large bumps all around my hairline and forehead. I was using about a dime size on my entire face. I decreased amount to just over the diameter of a pea and have better results with how my skin reacts. Still waiting for noticeable results 1 month plus.
