If you’re struggling with nausea I really do not recommend as this is a stressful part of my day trying to get them and keep them down. Trying to find a gummy chewable alternative but sadly these include so much great stuff i’m struggling to find something as good ingredient wise! Why do they need to smell so bad?!

However, I received my new subscription this month, and the packaging inside looks different. This product is excellent, exactly what I needed. I have used pregnacare for all my pregnancies and this is by far the best one. No extra vit D supplements as it is all included. I must admit, they are very large so quite intimidating at first but after a few days you get used to it. One pack will last about a month, as you take 2 green tablets and one omega tablet a day, which I didn’t realise.
