At MedeCify, we understand that sometimes customers may place an order quickly and later realize that they need to provide a prescription. To make the process easy and convenient, we allow you to upload your prescription even after your order has been placed.
How to Upload a Prescription After Placing an Order #
If your order requires a prescription and you did not upload it at checkout, you can still provide it through the following steps:
- Log in to Your Account
- Visit MedeCify.com and log in using your registered email and password.
- Go to “My Orders”
- Navigate to your Order History under the My Account section.
- Select the order that requires a prescription.
- Upload Prescription
- Click on the Upload Prescription option next to the order.
- Attach a clear image (JPG, PNG, or PDF) of your doctor’s prescription.
- Verification
- Our licensed pharmacists will review your prescription to ensure it is valid and appropriate for the medication ordered.
- If further clarification is needed, we will reach out to you directly via phone or email.
Important Notes #
- Prescriptions must be issued by a licensed healthcare provider.
- If the prescription is not received within the required timeframe, your order may be delayed or canceled.
- Some medicines strictly require a prescription before shipment can be processed.
