How It Works
Cenpain Night Caplet works through two mechanisms. Paracetamol reduces pain by inhibiting prostaglandin production in the central nervous system and reducing fever. Diphenhydramine, an antihistamine, blocks histamine receptors, producing drowsiness and helping users fall asleep despite pain discomfort.
Duration of Action
Pain relief begins within 30 minutes of administration. Sedative effects typically begin within 20-30 minutes. Pain relief lasts 4-6 hours, while drowsiness may persist for 6-8 hours after taking the medication.
