If you are looking for a garlic supplement then I would recommend this one. I have been using these for over a year now. They are easy to take, don't leave your breath smelling like garlic, and seem to be effective. I take them whenever I am feeling run down to avoid getting sick. As I am constantly around small children, and all of their germs, I am always looking for ways to improve my immune system and to avoid getting sick. Lots of handwashing and these garlic supplements seem to be doing the trick.
