I got 12 head colds last winter, i had enough of being sick every other week during winter and having to go to work miserable. A coworker told me about garlic so I got these instead of having to eat it. It is a great alternative to eating cloves. I have been taking 2 pills everyday at dinner time for 1 month and I have not gotten sick yet. I was around 4 sick people at work close contact and did not catch their cold. I should have been sick about twice already and I have not been. I'm so grateful to have this garlic supplement available.

I started to take these pills because I was taking 18 units at school and couldn't really afford the time of being sick. I had a cold and it put me out for a couple days so I decided to give these a try. I was hesitant at first but I about finished the bottle and have yet gotten sick. Its been amazing. I definitely would say these work and are little miracles in pill form.

Edit: sept 23 2019 these are still a staple during winter months for colds

I've been taking Kyolic Garlic pills for about a year now. I definitely recommend taking them for your immune system. For the first time in almost 30 years my allergies are great. Usually this time of year I've been sick several times & I'm taking steroids & antibiotics. I'm feeling great. The Kyolic brand is the only garlic pill I've taken that doesn't leave that nasty taste in your mouth. It also doesn't cause bad breath. I'm one of those people who can eat garlic or onions & you can smell it on me for days. Kyolic doesn't have that effect on me. I highly recommend this product.

I have ordered this product before and have been very satisfied with it. When I ran out I thought I could do without it so I didn't reorder immediately. If you take this, keep it up. I had been experiencing issues with yeast infections of skin folds before I started using it the first time. I was having other health issues that required upping circulation and immunity when I first ordered this. I didn't equate this product with freedom from the yeast infections. When I re-developed this issue while I wasn't using this product, I researched it and found that it was good for yeast infections. Needless to say, I won't run out of this product again as the problem cleared up.

Fantastic product. It managed to help kill off a yeast infection in my mouth and my sinus cavities! I didn't even know the infection had spread to my sinus cavities, until this formula started to kill it off. No other prescription, which I had been taking for some time, nor any doctor could find the solution that this great formula delivered to me. I will forever take this formula (as long as it isn't changed), to flush out all bacterial, viral, and fungal intruders! Although not listed anywhere on Amazon,I checked and found this was the only product, which I was interested in from Kyolic, which did not have micro-crystalline cellulose as an ingredient. Since finding this cheap filler makes me horribly ill, I was ecstatic to find such a great formula without this unwanted binder. If you need important inactive ingredients, check 'Lucky Vitamins.com'.

I have been using a couple types of Kyolic garlic supplements for a couple years now after trying several other brands that left me really stinky. I asked at my local health food store in Park Slope, Brooklyn, at the time for a supplement that wouldn't make me smell and a very knowledgeable person said these would be the only ones. They were right!

My boyfriend and I take these all the time when we're feeling run down. I also take them to make sure I don't get yeast infections (sorry if TMI but garlic is very good for this--look it up). I also take the digestive Kyolic on a pretty regular basis. Garlic is good for you and this is a really great brand!
