I love this stuff! I have a problem with my immune system that makes me susceptible to bouts of illness. My immune system needs a boost on a regular basis, and "Kyolic Immune 103" does a great job for me. It was recommended to me by a Nutritionalist at my local Health Food store, and I bought it there first. She recommended that I take two caplets per day, then boost to 4 on the days that I feel like I may be getting sick. I haven't been sick since. I am very attuned to my body, and can really tell when I need the extra dose. I would recommend this to anyone who struggles to keep themselves healthy, or people who are in high germ situations, like teachers of small children. This can help boost your immune system.

I have been using this product for 4 months with great results - I am a skeptic generally about supplements but with a kiddo in daycare I wanted to make sure my immune system is in top form. I had one minor cold over a four-months period and as an unexpected bonus, my cholesterol levels that used to hover right at the upper edge of the normal range normalized completely.

As usually, every year in the winter time it's time for us to start taking the garlic. We are not taking it every day but only when we feel like something is trying to get us. It always works perfect. There is no strong smell and these pills are definitely different than all the other on the market. The only thing I have problem with is that the capsules are pretty light so they very often stuck in my throat but a bite of anything is solving that problem (and it says to take them with food). Definitely a good buy.

Keeps me immune system strong. That sore throat never come to fruition if I take this. The verdict is IN! After ONE solid year of taking Kyolic and NOT changing anything else in my diet/exercise routine my blood work came back. Bad cholesterol down 11 points, good cholesterol up 2 points. Okay some of you may say that these results are less than impressive but read on. I'm 60 years old, post menopausal which means my bad cholesterol goes up due to the lack of estrogen in my system and my good stays the same or lowers. I eat very healthy and exercise five days a week, cardio and weights. I work very hard at maintaining my health and DESPITE all of that for the past three years my numbers have been going in the wrong direction. That being said I have to believe that the Kyolic not only stopped my bad cholesterol from climbing it also actually helped lower it. In addition to taking Kyolic for cholesterol I also took Kyolic Immune and even my husband said, "you're never sick." Winter went by without a cold, flu, sinus infection - nothing. As for dosage I took 2 Kyolic for cholesterol in the morning and 2 Kyolic Immune in the later afternoon (with a snack) or with dinner.

Started using this product 20 years ago. Was teaching high school at the time and kept picking up strep throat infections from my students. Used this as an alternative to antibiotics. I do think that this garlic/mushroom mixture lowered my susceptibility to infection; without the harmful side-effects of antibiotics. Now that I am older, I continue to use this product to help lower my general blood pressure level. I will probably continue to use this product for the rest of my life. I am 63 years old and currently do not take any prescription medications.
