Important Information

Complete the full 3-day course of Lonart DS even if symptoms disappear before completion. Taking with fatty food or milk significantly improves absorption and effectiveness. If vomiting occurs within one hour of taking a dose, repeat the dose. Follow-up with your healthcare provider if fever persists or returns within 28 days after treatment. Store at room temperature protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Lonart DS is not effective against liver stage parasites (hypnozoites) found in Plasmodium vivax or Plasmodium ovale infections.
