Lyrica 75mg Capsules (Pregabalin) is used to treat pain caused by nerve damage due to diabetes, shingles (herpes zoster) infection, or spinal cord injury. This medication is also used to treat pain in people with fibromyalgia. It is also used with other medications to treat certain types of seizures (focal seizures).
Uses
- Neuropathic Pain: Manages pain caused by nerve damage from conditions like diabetic neuropathy, postherpetic neuralgia, and spinal cord injuries.
- Fibromyalgia: Treats pain, fatigue, and other symptoms associated with fibromyalgia.

Dosage
The recommended dose of LYRICA is 75 to 150 mg two times a day, or 50 to 100 mg three times a day (150 to 300 mg/day) in patients with creatinine clearance of at least 60 mL/min. Begin dosing at 75 mg two times a day, or 50 mg three times a day (150 mg/day). The dose may be increased to 300 mg/day within 1 week based on efficacy and tolerability.
