These are quite simply the best vitamins my daughter has ever tried. Like a lot of teenagers, she doesn’t always follow the healthiest diet, even though we try very hard. Since taking these, she picks up far less ailments generally. She says they are easy to swallow because of their shape. Definite good value for money. Highly recommended

I bought this product for my Granddaughter who is 13, year 9. She came to her end of KS3 exams and started experiencing stress, insomnia, depression and mild aggression. Not being sure if her diet lacked in certain nutrients and realising the importance of many of the micro nutrients for brain development, I thought I would give these tablets a go. I particularly liked the fact that there was a his and hers and they were particularly for teenagers. they came highly recommended by Holland and Barrat.
My Granddaughter started taking them and within a week has really improved in mood particularly and I have no problem asking her to take them as she herself has said how much better she feels.

My boys moods have been very low and erratic … he’s been on one a day of this and 2
Tablets a day omega 3 salmon oils for a month but noticed difference after 2 weeks then it got better and better … I’m never stopping this!!!! He’s so much happier and mentally stabler ….. before you go down the route of meds I would advice cutting a lot of sugar out of diet and buying a yakult or similar drink one a day then these tablets and omega3 tablets …. He’s been struggling for about 4 years …. But I’m finally enjoying he’s company and he feels happier as himself .. he’s 13 yrs old and I think I’ve cracked it … he still has an odd bad day day … but it’s an odd day not most days !!!! I’m so happy I tried this!!!! Give it a try anything is worth trying … hope this helps

as someone with various vitamin deficiencies, i brought these to increase my vitamin intake and not feel so crashed all the time, the tablets are bit huge, I can swallow it no problem but you can feel it getting a little stuck when it slowly travels down and it feels kind of uncomfortable.
I had been taking them regularly and i has reduced my fatigue by a bit, no drastic changes

These supplements are great as long as you maintain a good sleep schedule and are active for 30-60 mins a day (even just walking).
They provide a steady energy boost, as opposed to the energy rush that caffine would provide.
Instead of Wellteen Pro (which is the same just with Omega-3) I prefer to buy high-strength Omega-3 tablets (it can work out cheaper). This is a combination that is helpful for me.
It is not a 'quick fix' - I did not notice a difference for at least 2 weeks. For a few days I did forget to take them and thus started to feel tired again, so these really need to be taken daily on a full stomach.

I purchased these to try, I have used the Well Woman tablets and knew they were good, so we tried these, and she is so much better, we did try the subscription on Amazon, but after having issues with them and not accepting any of my debit cards, we found them cheaper in Superdrug.
The tablets are big and I did worry about my daughter swallowing them, but she did manage them ok.
