At MedeCify, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order or may have ordered by mistake. That’s why we’ve made it simple and straightforward for you to cancel an order or shipment, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
Steps to Cancel Your Order #
- Log in to Your MedeCify Account
- Visit medecify.com and sign in using your registered email and password.
- Go to your Order History section.
- Locate the Order You Want to Cancel
- Find the specific order in your list of recent purchases.
- Select the order to view the details.
- Click on Cancel Order
- If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you will see the option to Cancel Order.
- Click the button and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Receive Confirmation
- Once cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from MedeCify.
- Any payment made will be refunded following our Refund Policy.
Important Notes #
- Orders already shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may request a return once the package arrives.
- Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment method.
- If you used Cash on Delivery (COD), no payment will be processed since no charges were made at checkout.
