   It's been a few weeks of me taking these iron supplements and I do feel better. I'm not as tired as I use to be. I've just ordered 2 additional boxes. I will update (if I remember to) this review in 3 months. Thank you to the company. P.S. just a suggestion, would you consider sealing the box? Just for safety/ sanitary concerns. I purchase this product in America.

   Compré esta clase de hierro para mi hija de 16 años, desde hace aproximadamente seis años estado pareciendo de baja hemoglobina. Pero yo quería comprar una clase de hierro que fuera natural ya que regularmente el hierro y causa estreñimiento y también puede manchar tus dientes. Esta clase de hierro nos ha funcionado muy bien. Al punto que ella no había podido donar sangre, y el mes de diciembre pudo hacerlo y así mismo ayudar alguna persona. Yo les recomiendo esta clase de hierro en especial esta marca

   My husband is retired so he says but due to high costs of living gas , food electric etc etc he had to work a few hrs a week he was feeling really fatigue & tired I was giving him regular B12 vitamins to help him with that but they didnt do the trick I saw the reveiews for this stating they were good and easy to swallow since he has that problem also swallowing pills I ordered these , they help him immensely , I will reoreder more when this box is done Great Product going to order a box for my daughter in law who works long hours @ the Post Office No one paid me to write this Review its my honest opinion

   We decided to do a home birth so my midwife told me my iron level had to be at a 10.2 to be able to have a homebirth. When she first tested it was at a 10.4 so she told me to get these so it would not drop when she had to test again. She tested my level again a few weeks later and I was at a 10.7. Had a beautiful home birth August 2021 😊

   I have iron deficiency so I’m always in need of a supplement. My mom uses the feroglobin liquid vitamins but I decided to try the capsules. I used to get a lot of hair shedding due to my iron deficiency (like it would be all over my clothing 🥲) but since taking these I’ve definitely noticed less of that. Personally I prefer the other feroglobin capsules with the folic acid, and B vitamins but when I can’t get those then I’m glad these are available for quick delivery with Amazon :)

   I struggle with getting up without feeling light headed and my vision going dark. I tried being more active incase I’m just sitting down too long (I have m.e/Cfs & Fibro so that was a huge possibility). I decided to try some Iron tablets and chose these as I read reviews from other people with M.E/CFS and them saying it helped them with their symptoms so I thought why not!... I’m on day 3 and I noticed yesterday I haven’t had an issue with feeling light headed when getting up! I’m so happy. I’ve not noticed anything with my chronic illness just yet as I’m in a middle of a flare up but I’ll update if there’s any positive or negative difference.
