Most of the time if I feel like I might be getting sick or others are sick around me, I don't get sick if I start taking this, and if I happen to get sick, it's not nearly as bad of a cold. This is a great immune system booster!

This garlic formula is the best. I've had a number of serious pulmonary illnesses in the previous two years with heavy mucus, and I take this product with heavy metal detox capsules and S-Acetyl Glutathione capsules. I plan to add a morning drink of moringa powder and algae. I feel 100% better and at the hint of a running nose I up my dose of garlic and vitamin C.

I love this stuff! I have a problem with my immune system that makes me susceptible to bouts of illness. My immune system needs a boost on a regular basis, and "Kyolic Immune 103" does a great job for me. It was recommended to me by a Nutritionalist at my local Health Food store, and I bought it there first. She recommended that I take two caplets per day, then boost to 4 on the days that I feel like I may be getting sick. I haven't been sick since. I am very attuned to my body, and can really tell when I need the extra dose. I would recommend this to anyone who struggles to keep themselves healthy, or people who are in high germ situations, like teachers of small children. This can help boost your immune system.

I have been using this product for 4 months with great results - I am a skeptic generally about supplements but with a kiddo in daycare I wanted to make sure my immune system is in top form. As usually, every year in the winter time it's time for us to start taking the garlic. We are not taking it every day but only when we feel like something is trying to get us. It always works perfect. There is no strong smell and these pills are definitely different than all the other on the market. The only thing I have problem with is that the capsules are pretty light so they very often stuck in my throat but a bite of anything is solving that problem (and it says to take them with food). Definitely a good buy.
