"Nah, my muscles are achy because I slept wrong," I tell myself.
"I've been more tired because... reasons?" I postulate weakly.
But eventually, the symptoms combine, and worsen, and there is simply no more denying. It's a cold or flu coming on. And I've willfully sailed right past the "early warning" stages when one OUGHT to start taking something...
At least thrice now I've taken 2 x 4 daily of Kyolic Immune Formula well after the earliest warning signs, however, and at least thrice I've nipped them in the bud. Which is great, seeing as I'm admittedly quite a melodramatic spoilsport about being sick. Keeping some bottles of Kyolic in the pantry and scarfing down when I feel the sickness rising is a small price to pay for being weepy, feverish and sweaty mess for 2 weeks whining about how I'll never feel better again.
