Uses

Oxispa 500mg tablet is an oral cephalosporin antibiotic approved to treat mild to moderate illnesses including:

• Early Lyme disease
• Pharyngitis/tonsillitis
• Secondary infections of acute bronchitis
• Uncomplicated gonorrhea
• Uncomplicated skin and skin structure infections

Cefuroxime interferes with bacterial cell wall synthesis, causing cell death and stopping the reproduction of infection-causing bacteria when used appropriately under medical guidance.
