I am currently 10 weeks pregnant and have been taking this vitamin since I found out (about 6 weeks ago). I’d like to start off with the fact that I’m not the healthiest eater and therefore I have taken multivitamins pretty much my whole life and never had any issues from any brands, including Vitabiotics. Since taking these vitamins I have developed pretty severe symptoms, which I unknowingly blamed on being pregnant. I have been having splitting headaches almost every day and extreme nausea. Imagine having your worst hangover times 3 and you have to work and function like that on a daily basis while also producing a baby inside you… I noticed a few days ago that I feel perfectly fine when I wake up and not long after I have breakfast and take my vitamins I start to feel sick (about half an hour later). So I thought, what if it’s the pills? I skipped a day taking them and my god, like I got a brand new body, feeling healthy again. I googled it and apparently I am not alone. Someone suggested to take them after dinner and it felt better, I tried that last night, nope, even worse. The assault these vitamins had on my body in the past few weeks is shocking. Turns out I’m one of these lucky people who just feels hungry and tired all the time while pregnant and everything else has been the result of the vitamins. If these make half the women who take it this violently ill, it should not be approved and sold! Do not buy these.

Absolutely massive
These tablets seem to do what they should but it was a bit of a task taking them everyday. The tablets are huge and you have to take three at a time
