I had a doctor tell me I had a 0% chance of having a child naturally. My count was way low(12 mil total), sluggish, etc... everything that could be bad was bad. He told me I was unlucky and there was NOTHING I could do about it. All I could do was see a fertility doctor. So we decided to do IUI treatments. 5 treatments and $6000 later my wife still wasn't pregnant. Our next step was IVF which was $12,000. We decided to think about it and while thinking I did a ton of research. Figured out that diet and vitamins were a big part of sperm count. Also, we found these pills which seemed to have everything in it that was recommended for sperm production. Since $30 was nothing compared to the 6k we just spent and the 12k we were going to spend we gave it a try. Additionally, I also started eating whole foods and cut alcohol. Since I didn't believe these pills would work I went to a new urologist. He recommend taking preseed and told me it was used in Europe to treat male fertility issue. I told him I was already talking fertilaid and he check it out said it looks like the same vitimins as this pill had. Since preseed was more expensive I stuck with fertilaid. He also recommended talking Acetyl L-Carnitine with the fertilaid because it was preseed's main ingredient. So 5 months in of taking fertilaid and my wife was pregnant.
I would recommened to try fertilaid and see if it works. It might not but it may and you can save a ton of money. My daughter is going to be born in 3 weeks and I plan on starting fertilaid when we try for our second.

My husband and I have been TTC for over a year, we are both 30 years old. I have PCOS and have always had very irregular periods (some 80-90 day cycles) and my husband had low count and poor morphology. We went to a fertility clinic in July. I had an HSG - no problems there, so we started several months of fertility drugs and IUI's, each time it failed, it was more crushing than the last. Over the holidays we decided we needed a break and we would start fresh in January. I read about Fertilaid on TTC websites and decided it couldn't hurt to take them while we were on our break. We had tried different combinations of supplements and vitamins before, which seemingly did nothing, so needless to say we were skeptical about fertilaid. My husband started taking the Fertilaid for Men and I started the Fertilaid for Women in the middle of November. We only took 2 capsules a day with food. Well, I don't know how much I can contribute to the Fertilaid, but it seems like a very strange coincidence that suddenly I am pregnant, just like that, the good old fashioned way! No fertility medications, no treatments, no charting my cycles and definitely eating like crap over the holidays. I am truly in shock about it, I wish I had read about Fertilaid 18 months ago when we started this journey. I would definitely recommend this product. It also helped regulate my cycles to 36-38 days, which is much more normal. I get that it is not a fix-all solution, but if you have tried everything else, I would say it absolutely can't hurt! Now expecting baby #2. 14 months apart. I want my money back.
My husband took this for about three months before seeing a large improvement with his sperm count. We were able to conceive but had a miscarriage before currently being pregnant with our rainbow baby. We have recommended the product to my OB who works with infertility but refers people to IVF clinics. However, when money is tight and IVF isn't affordable we decided to give this a try based on some of the other reviews and couldn't be happier with the results.
In addition to a male supplement for TTC, he has stated that he has noticed an increase of energy & overall well being from taking this product. He actually decided to continue taking even with us being currently pregnant. Definitely recommend!
