We recommend that you use the supplement consistently for 3 months time before having another semen analysis performed. Due to the life cycle of sperm (over 2.5 months), this time line will allow you to cycle through a new sperm life and see parameters of improvements with use.
I would recommened to try fertilaid and see if it works. It might not but it may and you can save a ton of money. My daughter is going to be born in 3 weeks and I plan on starting fertilaid when we try for our second.

The jury is still out on whether or not they work. My husband took them for a few months last year and we did not have any success getting pregnant. We're on a new health plan so we thought we'd try them again but I don't think we'll be repurchasing.
