This is the best stuff...It was recommend by my Natupast t Dr. it helps your immune system! I used to go to the dentist every 4 months for a cleaning... after a little over a year I had less plaque build up on my teeth. could go at least every 6 mos.. I stopped using it for a year and the plaque came back!! I am now on it again and going every 7 months to the dentist.. Hardly any plaque. Hope it works on the inside as well for my cholesterol!!

"Nah, my muscles are achy because I slept wrong," I tell myself.
"I've been more tired because... reasons?" I postulate weakly.

But eventually, the symptoms combine, and worsen, and there is simply no more denying. It's a cold or flu coming on. And I've willfully sailed right past the "early warning" stages when one OUGHT to start taking something...

At least thrice now I've taken 2 x 4 daily of Kyolic Immune Formula well after the earliest warning signs, however, and at least thrice I've nipped them in the bud. Which is great, seeing as I'm admittedly quite a melodramatic spoilsport about being sick. Keeping some bottles of Kyolic in the pantry and scarfing down when I feel the sickness rising is a small price to pay for being weepy, feverish and sweaty mess for 2 weeks whining about how I'll never feel better again.

This is garlic so the smell is expected to be like garlic. The taste of garlic is pretty strong too and though there's a hint of something i don't know what on its smell and taste, i'd say my experience using this with a bunch of other supplement i bought and tried has been good. This has been my go to when im experiencing pre-cold or colds symptoms and during the time i've been regularly taking it with ny other supplements i can tell it has a good effect on me as i've barely had any colds and other common sickness like i did before. I have used this to replace just my regular vitamin c supplement.

This gave me severe upset stomach symptoms. I'm not sure why as it doesn't have alot of ingredients, and frankly most of them are pretty benign. I know other people who love this supplement. I know this was the cause of my problems as I am on a strict diet, eat the same thing every day. My symptoms started when I began taking this and ended when I stopped. Looking at the ingredients, most are fairly benign and well known, however, the "mushroom complex" throws up a red flag. I have a background in mycology and many of the compounds found in this complex likely are not found in any normal human diet. Mushrooms contain many very strange compounds not found elsewhere. These compounds effects different people in different ways, much like eating mushrooms themselves. Some people who eat "safe" mushrooms every day have no problems, yet other people cannot tolerate them at all, or only in small amounts. I would look for a formula that doesn't contain the "mushroom complex".

I have a suppressed immune system right now and seemed to come down with everything that was going around to the point I hated to leave my house. I started taking Kyolic Formula 103 to help my immune system. I used to take Kyolic years ago and it seemed to help me then. An added bonus is now that summer is here the mosquitoes seem to prefer dining on others rather than on me. Maybe its the garlic.

I bought this product elsewhere early this year and I have to say this actually works to build your immune system. I bought my first bottle in January and everyone in my office has been sick and I thought I'm the next one because I always am the next one to get whatever is going around in the office and nothing. Not a sniffle, cough or sneeze, nothing! So I bought another bottle and will stock up. I want to always have this in my home and at work and carry them in my purse as well. Will not miss a day without my Kyolic. Have started recommending to others and my kids.
