It’s possible the sleep trouble you’re experiencing is a side effect of Piramal TS. While rare, some individuals may feel restlessness, dizziness, or insomnia after using antimalarials like dihydroartemisinin-piperaquine.
If the symptoms persist or worsen, it’s best to speak with your doctor or pharmacist. In the meantime, stay hydrated, avoid caffeine late in the day, and try to rest.
